DELIVERY
Shipment are made with Posten Varubrev, a service from the Swedish Postal system which gives a verification of when the package has been haded to the courier and when it is delivered at the customer.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY GOODS

We aim to ship your order within seven working days to your designated address using chosen courier service. Please note that during holiday season, delivery may take up to 14 working days or more.

WHICH COURIER DO WE USE

We use the Swedish National Postal Service.  More options for shipping are reviewed and will be added.

CAN I CHANGE A PLACED ORDER

You can request that the order should be cancelled HERE and we will do our best to prevent the order from being shipped. However it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the goods (see How do I return an order)

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER ORDER PLACED

Please check your email settings as the email may have been sent to your spam trash folder. If you do not find your email please contact us HERE.

ORDER SHIPMENT

Your order is traceable from when it is dispatched.  If you wish to trace your shipment you may recived a shipmentnumber by contacting us HERE. We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us HERE.

FAULTY ITEM

We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. By sending us an email with description of the fault we will get back to you with help as soon as possible.

INCORRECT ITEM

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away so we can find a good solution.

MISSING ITEM

If you did not recieve your delivery then you need to inform us as soon as possible.  We do not however take responsability for the delivery but we can help you come in contact with the courier.  

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT COST

No customs or import duties are charged by 3eXter. The price you pay /and that is shown on our site includes Swedish VAT, and that VAT is the one that you have to pay unless you are within the EU and enter a valid company VAT number.  If you wish to purhase an item and order from a country where customs or import duties will be applicable it is your own responsability to provide for this accordingly.

DISCOUNT CODE

Make sure you type your code to the appropriate box when you check out, and make shure it is applied it to your order. Please note only one discount offer can be used per order. Please always check further terms and conditions supplied with the code. If there is any further information you feel we need to put on there to help you, just let us know what information you'd like to see and we'll do our best to include it.

PAYMENT

We like to give you plenty of payment options, so you can use VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express and PayPal. All automated payment methods are provided through the Paypal platform however you do not need a Paypal account if you choose to use a creditcard. Please click here for more information about PayPal. We also take security very seriously, so your details will be safe with us. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. We use a secure online ordering system.

We utilise Paypal which is a payment solution provider that use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts sensitive information like your credit card details and so the payment data cannot be intercepted. Information passed between your computer and our payment solution provider cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.
At checkout an administrative fee is automatically added which will cover packing material and time for packing the order.

CURRENCY

You can pay using EUR or SEK. All prices are shown in Euro and include Swedish VAT.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

Unfortunately we are unable to change an order once it has been submitted; this includes changing the size/colour of an item, removing an item, changing the delivery address or any payment methods. Once the order is dispatched it is difficult to stop it.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WITH THE SITE

If you are having technical problems, we recommend you make sure you have the latest updates and patches for your operating system.

PRODUCT NO LONGER IN STOCK

Some of our products can run out of stock. Some of them will come in stock again and some will not. We are unable to tell which are and which will not. If you have questions please contact Customer care and they will help you out.  It is unlikely, however possible, that a product can run out of physical stock but still be listed as "in stock" in the store.  I those odd occasions we will contact you to see how you want to proceed in terms of waiting for the product or cancelling that product from your order.
